My room had a lovely patio with chairs outside, providing a nice spot to relax. The hotel offers wedding services, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance, but I wish they had shared a bit more hospitality. The location is top-notch, right on the coast with several piers adjacent and next to Fulton Harbor, with prime restaurants just a stone's throw away. The dining experience was pleasant with fresh OJ pancakes and Japanese food. Overall, the hotel has a scenic setting and good services, but a touch more warmth from the staff would have made it even better.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with prime restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were cozy and had a beautiful patio with chairs for relaxing. The service was good, but I wish they could have been a bit more hospitable.
